Importação de máquinas usadas

Vejo no editorial do Estadão que o Ministro do Desenvolvimento, Miguel Jorge,assinou uma portaria no dia 19 deste mês que  simplificou a importação de máquinas usadas. Teoricamente isso deve ajudar o setor produtivo, barateando e agilizando a aquisição de máquinas "obsoletas". Ainda não analisei se abre espaço para a importação de sucata tecnológica, mas vou pesquisar. Se alguém tiver informações, comente aqui,

Olá, alguem poderia me dizer, aonde posso encontrar equipamentos para a reciclagem do lixo eletrônico? Ou pelo menos o nome do equipamento, algo parecido. Grato desde já.

Sem o crivo, devido à flexibilização da legislação de importação de máquinas e equipamentos usados, o Brasil está se tornando o lixão de máquinas obsoletas de 2ª mão. Lamentável que o Governo, que deveria aproveitar o momento bom pelo qual passa a economia brasileira, atravessando a crise sem grandes percalços, para modernizar nosso parque de máquinas que tem em média mais de 17 anos, caminha na contramão da história e abre as importações de usados para máquinas sem qualquer controle de idade, estado e valor. Como disse o jornalista Luis Nassif "A discussão sobre a importação de máquinas usadas é boa para se identificar claramente a miopia do chamado pensamento cabeça-de-planilha". Fica claro que as benesses fiscais implantadas pelo MDIC do Sr. Miguel Jorge, têm um objetivo claro, basta ver a sua origem empresarial.
